The Holiday Inn is located in the heart of charming downtown Saratoga. One of a kind shops, dozens of good restaurants, a historic city park are all within minutes of the hotel. Also close by are the Canfield Casino, Saratoga Race Track and the National Museums of Racing and Dance. The hotel offers a state of the art fitness room, pool, and a great restaurant. • Participants registering for "All 3 Days" day only packages are entitled to ONE FREE regular class.

• Personal cropping space at a table in our non-stop cropping room for the days selected in your package. (Yes, you can crop all night long!)
• The "Scrapbooker's Dream" experience, as described on the About Our Retreats page, including FREE access to Crop-A-Lot's Tool Table.
• Menu for selected days, as described below.
• Overnight accommodations in the standard rooms. These rooms feature two double beds, TV, and hair dryer. A few rollaway beds are available for an extra charge. Suites with king beds, some with Jacuzzis, are available at an additional cost. Write to us for pricing and information on upgraded rooms.
• Full weekend participants are entitled to TWO FREE regular classes. One night stay packages are entitled to ONE FREE regular class.
• Full weekend participants who register by April 1, 2010 will be included in an Early Bird Draw for a basket of scrapbooking goodies.

EARLY REGISTRATION: YOU CAN REGISTER AT 1:00 AND START CROPPING IMMEDIATELY. THIS WILL GIVE YOUR FOUR EXTRA HOURS OF CROPPING. THE COST IS $20.00 PER PERSON AND WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE LISTED BELOW. NO FOOD OR PRIZES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. PLEASE MAKE NOTE IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF THE REGISRATION FORM THAT YOU WOULD LIKE "EARLY REGISTRATION"!!
