Retreat Registrations

Payment Terms:

To hold your reservation, a deposit of $75 is required with this registration form. Your deposit must be made by Credit Card or Check. We will apply the balance to your credit card in a second transaction for the balance of your chosen package on retreat closing date. If you are paying by check, please mail the balance by retreat closing date.
All prices are shown in US dollars.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:

If you cancel your registration more than 4 days before the event, we will refund your cropping and food fees minus the $75 deposit and minus your hotel fees, depending on the hotel cancellation rules. Should you cancel within 4 days of the event, no refund will be issued due to expenses we would have incurred on your behalf. If the reason for cancellation within the final 4 days is due to an emergency that can be verified, event registration fees will be refunded minus the deposit and hotel fees; class refunds will exclude the cost of materials already purchased for you. "NO SHOWS" receive NO REFUND.

Crop-A-Lot reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. In case of cancellation by Crop-A-Lot, full refunds will be issued promptly, minus any hotel fees.

Terms of Agreement:

By submitting your registration for a retreat, you agree to accept Crop-A-Lot's terms as follows: I confirm that all information provided herein is true and accurate, and I agree to all event policies. I hereby release Crop-A-Lot, its sponsors, its offices, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from my attendance at the Crop-A-Lot retreat, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to me or my invitees. With my attendance at the event, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos. I hereby give my consent for the use of these photos and/or comments in future Crop-A-Lot promotional materials.
